Anmahian Winton designed the first location for this gourmet pizza bar as a kit of parts that has become the basis of a brand recreated in various locations.

The restaurant’s aesthetic of minimalism and authenticity is expressed in the finishes used throughout the space. Comfort and visual pleasure are derived from a harmony of these seemingly unsympathetic and unconventional materials: steel, concrete, and cherry wood.
